This is my favorite dispensary in the neighborhood. In addition to their great selection, they have some different programming I appreciate. I’m generally happy or ambivalent about the customer service I receive from the budtenders but last night I had the tipping point experience. Be prepared for the occasional dose of attitude and dismissiveness from some of the budtenders.

I really liked the Frass Box! I didnt catch any names but there was a girl and two guys who were very helpful - This is a great option, they have a ton of different products and the store is super clean! H I G H ly recommend!

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID to purchase cannabis products from Frass Box

We currently accept cash, debit cards and Aeropay. We have an ATM located within the dispensary!

How can I place an order with Frass Box?

You can place an order in store on our kiosks or online through our live cannabis menu on our website. Simply browse our selection, add items to your cart, and check out securely.

Do you deliver?

We deliver between the hours of 10am-8pm. Deliveries are Curbside, please meet us downstairs/outside with your id ready.

Pre-orders and orders can be placed at anytime and picked up during operating hours.

All products have gone through a thorough testing process before distribution.

Can i get recommendations on which products to choose?

Our Budtenders are knowledgeable in products and capable of making recommendations based on the guest’s preferences.

Is there parking available at your dispensary?

Guests are welcome to use the street parking available outside of Frass Box.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

We do not offer returns, all purchases are final.

Are there any limitations on how much cannabis I can purchase?

Guests may purchase up to three ounces of live flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis. Visit the OCM website for additional details on applicable adult-use laws and regulations: cannabis.ny.gov/adult-use-information

What should I do if I smoked too much weed flower?

If overwhelmed by the effects of the product, it is best to hydrate, make sure to eat, and or lie down.

Is a Indica upper or downer?

Indica is a relaxant.

What gets you more high Indica or Sativa?

Sativa has been found to contain more THC than Indica. THC is what provides the euphoric effects.
